Conflict with a plugin

Getting 500 error when trying to open Membership 2 > Protection Rules > Custom Post type.

Please run a conflict with a plugin on a sandbox site and locate the one that is causing it. Support access is granted.

Kind regards,

    Hi Legal

    Hope you're well?

    Could you try de-activating all other plugins except for the WPMUDEV Dashboard & Membership 2? Then check to see if the issue still occurs. You can follow the flowchart on the following page to then try & narrow down which plugin is possibly conflicting.

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/getting-support/

    If it does, Could you grant support access from the dashboard plugin so we can take a closer look? See https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    If possible, could you also check your server error logs (you should be able to find them in your webhosts CPanel), alternatively look for an error_log file in your servers public_html & /wp-admin folders.

    If you could also set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php then add the following lines below the WP_DEBUG line so it looks like below:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Once added, can you try & access the Protection Rules page again. If you receive the error.

    You will then find a debug.log file in your /wp-content folder. Please copy/paste this log here.

    Thanks
