Content on pages only visible to superadmins

Hey guys,

I'm setting up a multisite and the default blog that I'll be creating has a few pages with shortcodes in it.

As most of our users are novices, I'd like to hide the shortcode on these pages, but keep the page visible so the user can add content to it if he/she wants to.

Please see the attached image. I would like to hide just the "[app_shortcode]" and keep it visible only to superadmins.

Is there an easy way to do this?

    Greetings ebsalberto,

Thank you for being a WPMU Dev member!

There is no way at this time to remove the short codes for just the admins and not all users.

In this case unfortunately it is an all or nothing situation.

It may be possible for a future plugin to accomplish this …..

You can now make plugin and feature requests here:

The more popular a request is and the more votes it gets, the more likely it will be considered.

It might have already been suggested. It is worth a quick search to add your votes before submitting a new suggestion.

If we can be of further assistance please let us know.
