Content Protection Has Stopped Working

Oops. I ran a security fix on my site after I had everything working properly, and now my protected downloads don't work at all! I prevented listing wp-content, wp-content/plugins, wp-content/themes and wp-content/uploads. Also removed wp-version, RSD meta, WLW meta, and turned off PHP error reporting. My htaccess looks like this (after removing some nonsense):
# BEGIN WordPress

# ASPEXI Easy Login URL - LOGIN
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^login$ wp-login.php [NC,L]

# ASPEXI Easy Login URL - REGISTER
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^register$ wp-login.php?action=register [NC,L]

# ASPEXI Easy Login URL - FORGOT PASSWORD
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^forgot$ wp-login.php?action=lostpassword [NC,L]
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

But I just can't see the problem. What are our options here? I didn't make a backup before applying the plugin security fix because I didn't expect everything to stop working (silly, I know).
