Could you configure my Snapshot plugin settings for me?

    Ah okay, thanks for clarifying. :slight_smile:

    After digging into that further, it seems like there's a configuration issue somewhere in the site, as I'm able to do a test FTP connection inside of my own site using the credentials you entered.

    A basic test that we can do here would be to try disabling the other plugins, and then doing another test, could you try that for me please? If that works, could you then try re-enabling each plugin at a time, so we can see which one's causing a connection issue?

    Should that not turn up anything though, it looks like we'll need to have a deeper look at things here. In that case, could you please send in the following:

    - Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Michael Bissett
    - Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.
    - Link back to this thread
    - Include WordPress admin access details (login address, username & password)
    - Include FTP log-in details (hostname, username & password)
    - Include any relevant URLs for your site
