Couple questions

Firstly i activated multisite, then i installed all the necessary plugins and finally pro sites plugin.
Here my questions:

1) After the user is being registered there is no prosites form in order to choose one of the site's subscriptions.
2) Also when the user is registered without to choose one of the subscription levels get this error when i tried to log in my personal website:
(i always use different browser for the purpose of cookies and i always activate the account first):

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

3) Some of the plugins cannot be controlled through prosites: Anti-Splog, batch-create, blog-activity, comment-plus, comment form text, custom-admin bar, messaging, logout redirect, multisite privacy, MU support system, social marketing.
Is there any standard procedure to be followed in order all my plugins to be available via prosites?

I asked those 3 questions several times but i did not get any answer. Please it is important to be answered.

    1) They access the prosites subscriptions by clicking the my account button on the top right of their menu bar.
    2) Not sure whats causing this i am tagging the developer for ideas.
    3) Those plugins are network wide ones and can be found under network settings.

    Can you explain me in more detail your last answer please?
    Why some of the plugins cannot be controlled by pro sites?
    Also i installed and unistalled wordpress, prosites and other plugins not just once. Sometimes the "messaging" plugin is controlled by prosites but now it is not
