Coupon is applying once to each item instead of once per order.

Since offering free local shipping was not an option I was advised to use a coupon. I did. However the coupon applies to each item in an order instead of the whole order.
Should be that a coupon for $10 off gets you $10 off the total, not $10 off each item.
