Course Units got deleted from course

I logged in and the units pages I added to each unit are all missing from one of the courses. I had been working on it for awhile, over the course of days, and saved each time and this time it disappeared. I am having other problems with CoursePress Pro as well and have allowed support access.

    Hope you are keeping fine !

    I took a peek at the site .. a couple of things immediately come to mind about the possible causes.

    1) Looks like a memory issue on the server. Can you increase it as shown here please ?

    2) Please update to the latest version of the plugin. I see you are still on version 1.3.2

    3) Please increase the POST limit on the server as shown here. Set it to something really high like 20M

    Note you may wanna contact you host here as some of them don’t let customers directly edit them.

    Dear Jude,

    On our side, it says the plugin is up-to-date, I’ve checked multiple times, and it doesn’t even give us a notice saying that we have any plugins that need to be updated (like it always has when one is out of date)

    We increased our memory. But what should we be increasing it to? We are concerned about going in and inputting over 50 units just to have them deleted again, as well as the answers that get deleted. If we allow support access will you be able to tell if everything is set to go?

    I hope you are having a nice day so far!

    If you enable support access we will be able to see your current memory size, but this is not appropriate plugin behavior and the issue might not be lying there.

    Please enable support access again, since it has expired.

    I would also ask you to enable WordPress debugging ( and in case the issue appears again, you will be able to paste here the contents of your /wp-content/debug.log file.

    Hello, Ivan!

    I have another thread open

    Access has been continuously granted since we first started having problems. Currently, all the Units and pages are there and have not been deleted in a while, but the answers won’t save. As soon as I upload 5 answers, hit save, numbers 2, 3, 4 all disappear. I’ve noticed a trend where it stops saving all the answers on or after the 6th Unit page. I don’t know if the unit deleting and the answers deleting are related to each other or not or if the Units was a separate issue that was resolved after we increased the memory, made sure the plugins were up-to-date, etc.
