I've send this question to your helpdesk days ago, but I don't get an answer.
My online course created in Coursepress isn't sending emails to people who signed up, even though the units are published and I editen the emails in setting > email settings.
My program started TODAY and I'm receiving emails for days now from my students why they don't get emails or access to the units.
This feels super unprofessional, and I'm a bit disappointed that I'm not egtting any reponse through direct emails to your helpdesk. Please help out ASAP, I cannot run my course like this.
