<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post" target="_top">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="">

<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
</form>

when i put this code in manual payment ,
then while checkout this <form tag was missing and that was submit to you checkout form.

Have to use with paypal buy button, how to resolve this

-- while checkout why the Email not picking the logged in user email id,
by default it should that, and even that is not required, as coursepress not shipping
required and why for logged user.

    Hello, Ajay.

    Are you using manual payments or PayPal to charge for courses? It should be one or the other here, manual payments are for users who will be paying you through some other source other than a payment gateway, like PayPal. This would be why you're unable to just paste in code for a PayPal button in the manual payment instructions field. If you'd like users to pay with PayPal, NOT a manual payment, you'll need to set up your PayPal settings. If you'd like manual payments OR PayPal as an option, we can do that too, but we can't turn manual payments into PayPal payments.

    while checkout why the Email not picking the logged in user email id,
    by default it should that, and even that is not required, as coursepress not shipping
    required and why for logged user.

    Are you wanting this field to be auto-filled? I can put in a feature request for that.

    Thanks for your feedback, Ajay.

    Hi,

    you have lack of standard paypal in your plugins,
    its wandering , as i have implement payment gateway setting in many opensourses
    for many years, if some one have any , but all have atleast standard paypal standard.

    i do not know , why you have not in your plugins.

    -- what i want in manual payment - to paste the paypal form button,
    open in separate window and then after seperate payment, user
    confirm the order here, and admin manually set the payment status.

    but your plugin striping the paypal form html

    so atleast allow this , to work out.

    Hey there @Ajay,

    After discussing this with our plugin developer what he told me is what you're suggesting is not going to work since as much as you can add a paypal form button there are a lot of things that are going to be missing such as the whole payment confirmation logic and what comes afterwards in MarketPress.

    In order to achieve this you'll have to actually develop another payment gateway for MarketPress, if you need to customize this then you can post a job in our job board where you can hire a developer to assist further:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wpmu-jobs/

    Please note that, no WPMU official staff members are allowed to work in the job board.

    Paypal standard have been suggested several times in the past but unfortunately never got past just a feature suggestion for future versions of MarketPress.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
