[CoursePress Pro] Issue in Admin E-mail Notification

Hi There,

I have generated course with course press pro and the issue I am facing is when new user is registered at that time the admin receives an mail and the issue is not getting all fields in mail properly and some remain place holders only.

{username} ({user_email}) has requested a username at {sitename}
{site_url}
To approve or deny this user access to {sitename} go to
{admin_approve_url}
