    Hello Ana

    Would you please add the following on your htaccess file?

    <Limit GET POST PUT>
      Allow from all
    </Limit>

    If it still doesn't work, would you please enable debug mode and check if there is any error? To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    to

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Now try to save the unit. That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file, check the very bottom and you will see the latest errors. Please send me those.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash

    Hello Ana

    I am afraid, I don't understand the language. I have used the google translator and I got the following:

    Without solution
    are the errors that appear in debug.log

    What I understood is, the solution didn't work for you.

    But you didn't send the debug file. Would you please send the log of debug file using http://pastebin.com so that I can take a look?

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash

    You have lots of errors from the caching plugin. Besides, the original cache file is deleted. So, this might be possible that the unit saving is breaking due to a plugin conflict.

    So, would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except this one and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. You need to do the same with themes as well

    You can find the flowchart here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-1

    If still doesn't work, when all plugins disabled, would you please send me your admin login and cPanel details so that I can take a look at codebase?

    You can send me privately in the following format:
    1. Please go to https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
    2. Select "I have a different question" if not selected
    3. In subject line put "Attn-Ash" (this will ensure that the email is assigned to me)
    4. Provide the wanted details.
    5. Add the thread link in the message so that I can track.

    Please make sure you give me the result of conflict test so that I can dive into the code if needed.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Ash
