Coursepress Pro theme

Dear Support,

I can't manage to find the coursepress pro theme that you mentioned in the plugin description, please forward me a link to the theme. Thanks.

Also, what if the best way to display coursepress courses?

I read the manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-manual-2/wpmu-dev-plugins/ and I can't find: — Ultimate Translate

I believe I read somewhere all wpmudev's plugin and themes are translation ready, and lots of them have already translated in other languages, but I can't find anything in your blog. Please provide information regarding wpmudev's plugin and themes language file information.

Regards,
Andy

    Hey Andy,

    Hope you're doing well today

CoursePress plugin comes with CoursePress theme included, once the plugin is activated you should be able to see CoursePress theme in your themes section in WP admin, there's no need to install it separately.

Also, what if the best way to display coursepress courses?

By default, after you install the plugin your courses will be listed in yourdomain.com/courses/ page, you can change this slug to different one by going to CoursePress > Settings panel.

    I read the manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-manual-2/wpmu-dev-plugins/ and I can't find: — Ultimate Translate

We're currently working on updates to our documentation pages and that's one of those that needs a revamp since Ultimate Translate is one of our older plugins that has been discontinued.
We have Ultimate Branding plugin that comes with text change module that you can check out here:

Our products are indeed translation ready, however the translations themselves are submitted by users like yourself so number of translated strings and products depends on that.
You can find all the translations here:

Thanks Predrag, now I've found the theme.

After installing the coursepress theme, I did not see any page created, nor the widgets that the manul
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/coursepress-pro/ referring to...

I have no ideas of how to create a beautiful front page to dispaly all the courses.

It seems like in a multisite network, individual subdomain sites can have their own courses setup, but in the main site, there is no tool to display all of those courses created in the subdomain sites. Is that true? Please give me some suggestions of how to use this in a multisite situation.

    Regards
    Andy

    Heyt there SP Wong,

hope you're doing good and don't mind chiming in here!

In order to check the virtual pages created be CoursePress you should inspect its settings page here:

Please note that most of these pages require at least one active course to be available (i.e. the main courses slug). If these pages are returning a "404 - page not found" error in front end, then please re-save your permalinks from Settings -> Permalinks admin page and give that another try.

About widgets, you should be able to spot the new following widgets in Appearance -> Widgets admin page:

You can use any page you'd like for your homepage (this should be set in Settings -> Reading admin page in the "Front page displays" setting) and in this page you should be able to use a vast variety of CoursePress shortcodes in order to display any course related content.
You can find the complete documentation in CoursePress Pro -> Settings -> Shortcodes [sidemenu]:

As for a multisite installation, each subsite should have its own courses and even main site can't have access to CoursePress data from other subsites. In order to accomplish that some custom coding should be made, depending on your needs. Feel free to advise our Jobs & Pros section considering any kind of custom work (no WPMUDEV staff included), despite that, please let us know what you're trying to set up, just in case there's any easy workaround that we could provide to you!

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris
