CoursePress Pro update now displays 0 units in the course

So I updated CoursePress today.

Since the update all I get for all the courses that are published is a message "0 units in the course currently. Please check back later."

I have confirmed they are all still there in the app, just not visible to my customers who are to say the least unhappy.

Can you please fix this ASAP?

Thank you!

P.S. I am enabling support to expedite the process.

Hello @Dan, I hope you are doing well today!

I'm sorry to hear you have this issue!

I just tested CoursePress plugin on my sandbox site and all the units are there.
This might be happening because of the conflict with a plugin. Would you please run a quick check for a conflict with a plugin/theme?

Deactivate all other plugins and test again. If the issue is gone, please activate one plugin at the time to find out which one is causing this conflict.

Please follow the flowchart from our manual:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

If you do not want to disable plugins on your live site, please create a development copy. Here is a plugin for backup and restoring backup: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/snapshot/

Let us know how it went!

    Kind Regards,
    Nastia

    Hello there @Dan!

Please tell this happens only on one subsite? Do you have any other plugin that uses virtual pages?

I've visited QAcademy subsite and see the following errors in the developer console coming from your child theme:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Please switch to a default WP theme and check if the units are still at 0.

Do you have the development copy of your site so I could troubleshoot there. If you don't please create one and send us the credentials by using our secure contact form https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

    -any other relevant urls

Select “I have a different question” for your topic

In the meanwhile would you please downgrade on your live site to the previous version of the CoursePress Pro.

Click on the Changelog and download the CoursePress v1.2.6.6. :

    Please advise,

    Cheers,

    Hi Nastia,

I appreciate your offer to help, I did roll back to v.1.2.6.6 and it now works just as it did before.

I have confirmed the theme is not the cause as it happens on other themes as well. I do not have a development copy of my site, but hopefully in the next month I will be hiring or at least contracting out the development and maintenance, so on the long list of things to do is a test site.

    I will be in touch.

    Thanks again.
