Coursepress Update failed and broke plugin/site

Hi,
When updating the course press plugin, it apparently completed, but then when refreshed was de-activated.
When trying to re-activate, it gives a 500 error, saying it is missing some components.
I am worried that if I manually delete and re-install the plugin, it will loose all of the course setup that we have set up.

I have enabled support access, and provided additional details with this.

Can you help?
