Create tickets via email with Support System plug-in?

Is there any way to allow users to create help tickets via email? For example, a way to have email sent to generate a new help ticket? Everything else looks awesome, but the ability for users to submit tickets via email as well as by filling out an online web form would be even better.

    As far as I’m aware, there’s only email notifications inside of Support System, but it would definitely be neat if there was the ability to create tickets via email. :slight_smile:

    Let me move this thread over to the Features and Feedback section on the forums, so that the others here in the community can vote on this being considered for inclusion in a future release.

    It’s got my +1 here, who else would like this to become a feature? :slight_smile:
