    Hey there Mistey !

    Hope you are having a great day!

    Could you please try the following custom CSS?

    @media only screen and ( min-width: 768px ) {
    body.home .blue-bar .container > div:nth-of-type(1) {
    width: 25%;
    }

    .blue-bar .salesforce_w2l_lead .sf_field, .blue-bar .sf_type_checkbox {
    vertical-align: top;
    }

    .blue-bar .salesforce_w2l_lead .sf_field.sf_field_captcha.sf_type_captcha {
    margin-top: 0;
    }
    }

    You can add the Custom CSS in your WordPress Dashboard->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS. Alternatively, you can also add it in your theme’s (most preferably, child theme‘s) stylesheet or a custom CSS plugin.

    Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance regarding this. Thanks!

    Kind regards,

    Nahid
