CSS changes to site, everything looks small?

Hi, I was focusing on some CSS changes for the mobile site for my domain which now looks AMAZING  (thanks very much for those CSS Codes last night in Livechat Adam they were perfect!

Now though when looking back at the site on a desktop / laptop computer web browser all the site content is appearing really small. I checked the zoom factor is currently set to 100% so something else must have affected it? Is it possible to fix without affecting the mobile site at all? i.e. only for screensizes over 480px ?

Seems to be one issue affecting all pages regarding the scale of text / buttons
