I have been getting a very large number of new users registering fon my site. Most are from Russia. They register for an account, then almost immediately change their password. This has been occurring for a few weeks minimum.
I asked Nastia on another WPMU Dev member’s thread, and she said to turn on Defender’s Audit Logging. I did that, and got an error when I enabled email notification daily.
I will attach the screen shot of that error after I post this.
1. IS there some WP bug that is being exploited by individuals that occurs when they change there password?
2. Why did I get the error message after enabling email notifications with Audit Logging?
