two theme on one WP

Currently i have one wp (Not multisite) with one theme (Theme A) and i want to add another theme to that same website which we call (Theme B) so how can two theme in one single WP?

The only workaround i can think of is import the WP into my Multisite. Therefore i have 2 Subsite with two different theme. But mapping will be issue. How do i map:
abc.com - Theme A
tv.abc.com - Theme B (i would prefer abc.com/tv but i dont think it is possible)

The purpose for this is theme A is just for simple blog and theme B is used to host tons of vimeo video. and i cant find suitable theme that cater for both usage.

    Hello Abdul,
I would advice you to find a theme that supports both video galleries and blogs. You'd find better results if you just search for video blogging templates, some of which hopefully have an integrated blog.
Alternately, multisite would be your answer. You can create multisite in the format abc.com/tv The multisite will have its own admin area where you can set its own theme.

    Hope that helps!

a theme with both feature is better but that would mean i need to redo the website in whole. and my client want to stick with the old design unfortunately.

i already have multisite. i wanted to create this both subsite under it. then can i map one site to abc.com and another site to tv.abc.com? does your domain mapping support subdomain mapping?

    I understand your situation Abdul,
Since you already have multisite enabled, you'd already have selected whether to place new subsites in subfolders (abc.com/subsite1) or in subdomains (subsite1.abc.com). It is asked when multisite is being setup and you've already opted one. Unfortunately this cannot be changed unless you restore the config and htaccess files.
If you've chosen to host them in different subdomains, you'll need to talk with your hosting provider for access. Else if you've chosen subfolders, you can start adding websites right away.
In either case, abc.com will be the global site and the new sites will be your subsites.

And finally yes, you can have different themes on abc.com and subsite1.abc.com!

    My multisite is Yippie.my

so i want to create 2 subsite which will both have different theme:
    a) yippie.my/mainsite
    b) yippie.my/mainsitetv

and i want to map the domain using your map domain plugin:
    a) yippie.my/mainsite TO http://www.mainsite.com
    b) (First Option - which its possible?) yippie.my/mainsitetv TO http://www.tv.mainsite.com
    OR
    b) (Second Option - which i prefer) yippie.my/mainsitetv TO http://www.mainsite.com/tv

Yippie.my is not related to the subsite. Yippie.my is a multisite with alot of theme inside it. Yippie.my is my own site that i use to manage all my client.

Then i want to create a subsite which is as i stated above.
    a) yippie.my/mainsite
    b) yippie.my/mainsitetv

but i will map the domain to different domain.

maybe to make simpler question. does the domain mapping plugin from wpmudev able to map subdomain too? so i will map the client blog to http://www.mainsite.com and the tv side to http://www.tv.mainsite.com.

Oh sorry for the confusion Abdul,
Now I get it. I was so caught up with the title "Two themes in one wp" that I overlooked that you're providing for a third party.

Yes, subdomains behave as individual domains for most part and hence, I think you'll be able to map to tv.mainsite.com
But regarding mapping to mainsite.com/tv, I'm not sure. I would recommend opening a new question as "Domain mapping from multisite to subfolder" or something like that.

    Hope that helps!
