Custom Emails Not Sending in Membership 2 Pro


For my Free membership I have setup a custom email message to be sent when an account is registered. However, during my tests, I am still receiving the default email messages for my membership sign ups.

I have attached a screenshot of the setting page for your review.

    I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you are having and I do apologize for this. This is a known issue and our developers are already working on this. I believe, they will come up with a fix very soon. If we get any quick-fix or patch for this issue, we will update you as soon as we get that from our developer.

    Please keep in mind, our developers work round the clock and they have to deal with lots of critical issues and other things. So it may take a little while for them to check this and release a fix. I appreciate your patience.
