Custom Link for Header Image (Golf theme)

Hello, The header image will just return to the home page when we click on it, and it doesn't give any options in the dashboard to change the link for when we click on the image, when we do click on, the only thing it does is link to home page and also only exists on home page. We would like it to link to our store page which is on the link below:

if anyone can post an altered header code with this link for the image, would greatly appreciate.
