Customization of "Support System" form

Hi,

Would like to inquire whether I can configure the "Support System" plugin to add custom fields to the "Submit new ticket Page" form.

Also, is it possible to place the Ticket Submission page behind a paywall using the "Protected Content" plugin?

Would really appreciate the help. Thanks.

    Hi admin@iac.net.au,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Would like to inquire whether I can configure the "Support System" plugin to add custom fields to the "Submit new ticket Page" form.

    You can try to add the custom fields to the "Submit new ticket Page" form by developing custom code using the filter support_system_shortccodes and action template_redirect which is defined in the following Support Syteme plugin file on line number 16 as displayed below.

    Support Syteme plugin file:
    wp-content/plugins/incsub-support/inc/classes/class-shortcodes.php

    Code in the file:

    $this->shortcodes = apply_filters( 'support_system_shortccodes', array(
    	'support-system-tickets-index' => array( $this, 'render_tickets_index' ),
    	'support-system-submit-ticket-form' => array( $this, 'render_submit_ticket_form' )
    ) );
    add_action( 'template_redirect', array( $this, 'process_forms' ) );

    Also, is it possible to place the Ticket Submission page behind a paywall using the "Protected Content" plugin?
    Yes it's possible, you can protected the Submit new ticket Page using Protected Content plugin as displayed in the attached screenshot.

    Please advise if you have more questions.

    Best Regards,
