I have not been able to access my dashboard, plugins… nothing for 2 weeks now. I have granted permission now twice and sent a message to you but no one has replied nor fixed it. Please help.

    Sorry to know that you are having issues with the plugin, could you please point which domain you are having problem with, and the exact issue, so that we could have a clear idea regarding this.

    I checked the website theoddmarkxxx.com/ that you have enabled support access to, and I was able to install dashboard plugin to it. So I’m not sure whether, I’m checking the correct website.

    Please advise what I’m missing, so that we could help get this resolved asap.
