    Hello Sam,

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    Do you see any errors on the screen or it just goes blank? If you try to access /wp-admin again after that, does it load (but the plugin is not active) or do you need to perform any additional actions to get back to the admin area?

    Could you also please:

    1. Go to the "WPMU DEV -> Support" page, click on "System Info" button and tell me values for "memory_limit" in PHP tab and "WP_MEMORY_LIMIT" (not the "WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT"!) in "WordPress" tab?

    2. Add following lines to the "wp-config.php file of your site (make sure that they are above the "/* That's all, stop editing...*/ line):

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false):

    and then
    - replicate the issue again (e.g. try enabling Snapshot plugin which fails)
    - download the "/wp-content/debug.log" file
    - rename debug.log file to debug.txt and attach to your response here

    If that file is over 5MB in size please upload it to some file storage service (e.g. your Google Drive or Dropbox account) and share public download link here instead.

    Hopefully that will show us why the issue is happening so we could provide you with a solution

    Best regards,
    Adam
