    Hello digitalweb

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

I checked the site and found what the issue was. You should now be able to access and use your site (and the prefix remains changed).

The problem here was that apart from changing prefix in "wp-config.php" file and in the database for table names, also some names of "meta_key" in "_usermeta" table should be changed and of "_capabilities" option in "_options" table - to reflex the new prefix (they use the table prefix in names).

It should be done automatically. It was happening in the past sometimes but I haven't seen this for a very long time. Therefore, I've reported the case to our developers for further investigation so they could improve the plugin.

As for now, the site should be fully functional.

    Kind regards,
