Defender blocking all attempts to access

Defender is blocking all the attempts to access the site.

After testing the filter to unlock, plugins conflict test, manual install it still shows the same IP block message. No other security tool installed beside the captcha.

    I've accessed your site and I could also replicate the issue. Defender is installed currently (it was removed) but disabled so you should have full access to the site, but the case will need to be investigated in details.

    You have already provided site and FTP access via chat but I'll also need a direct access to the database. This could be either a direct phpMyAdmin URL and credentials or - better yet - a cPanel access. Would you be able to provide them?
