[Defender] Defender blocking random site visitors

Hi, our Defender plugin is currently blocking random website users from random IP addresses, including my boss from his home address and one of our clients. I honestly can't figure out why this is happening. I've checked all the blacklists and the IPs in question aren't blocked. And it happens at random, sometimes working on an IP and then sometimes not.

    It seems that our plugins on your site are currently outdated. Could you please update at least Defender and Hummingbird, then clear all caches on site (and server if there is any) and see if the issue still occurs?

    If you didn’t find these locked out IPs in any logs/blacklists and that seems to be happening “intermittently” it might actually be a caching issues. The latest updates are improving that so it’s worth to start with.

    If that doesn’t help, let me know please and also please:

    – enable support access to the site for me by going to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in your site’s back-end and clicking on “Grant support access” button there

    – let me know about an example IP that fell under that random lockout
