[Defender] Defender Pro won't update or activate

I can't seem to get Defender to activate.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue that you encountered. In order to help you better with the issue, we’d need a bit more details about this from your end. Could you please let us know if you see any errors while updating/activating the plugin? If so, could you let us know what it is, preferably with screenshots?

    I tried to replicate the issue in a test site of ours but couldn’t. I was able to activate the Defender plugin as expected.

    Could you please grant Support Access from the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin so that we can go in and take a closer look? This handy guide can help you do that. Please let us know here in your next response when it is enabled.

    Check in your plugin dashboard and make sure Defender Pro is installed:

    If you have the above plugin, support is your best bet.

    There was recently a plugin on the WP repository with the same name that seemed to get installed on several of my sites (I never figured out how):

    Click delete if you see the second version and re-install via the WPMU Dev deshboard
