Defender is blocking all IPs

Defender is blocking out ALL IPs when it is active on the site. I tried to run a conflict test but the issue reappars right after re-activating it.
If having it active, it logs me out automatically. I tried using a different IP amd I¡m getting the same.

    I tried to login via the WP admin login credentials given during the Live Chat, but it does't seem to work fine. Getting invalid username error:

    That's an odd behaviour, however it's pretty tough to say what's causing this without accessing the dashboard side. Could you please try adding the following code as a mu-plugins(must use plugins), and see whether it works fine?

    add_filter( 'ip_lockout_default_whitelist_ip', function ( $ips ) {
    $ip = 'YOUR IP HERE';
    $ips[] = $ip;
    
    return $ips;
    } );

    You'll have to replace the value for $ip = 'YOUR IP HERE'; in the above code with your IP address, for example: $ip = '123.45.58.55'; etc
