[Defender] PHP execution is currently allowed in all directories.

Defender pro shows the following message:
PHP execution is currently allowed in all directories.
I have already made the change through htaccess and nginx and it continues to show the alert, can you check?

    Hello TND Brasil

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

The server that responds to requests from outside is nginx while the site itself identifies Apache as the server powering the site. I believe then this is a common setup of Apache directly serving your site and nginx set "in front of it" acting as some sort of reverse-proxy/caching server. I understand that you've added rules to both Apache .htaccess and nginx config so have you restarted nginx actually?

Nginx sometimes requires this to pick up configuration. Depending on the server configuration there might also be multiple config files so the code needs to be added to the right one. A curl query suggests that the server is managed with Plesk - did you add nginx code directly to some nginx config file or via Plesk?

What's the current content of you site's .htaccess file?

    Let me know, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
