    Hello Rax,
    how are you doing today?

Sorry to hear that you're a having an issue with Defender Pro.
I did try to replicate the issue on my test sites, I wasn't able to replicate it.
This might be some server-side caching issue. Does your host have Object Cache activated?
If it is activated please clear all the cache.

Can you all try to reset the settings in Defender Pro?
To reset the settings please visit :
Wp-Admin > Defender Pro > Settings > Data & Settings > Settings( Select Reset) > data (Select Remove) > Reset Settings.

If the issue still persists I will need to further investigate the issue.
I would request you to grant support staff access so I can take a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello Rax,
    how are you doing today?

Will removing data affect any of my woocommerece data?

No, it won't delete data of any other plugins.

These are the steps you need to do.
Wp-Admin > Defender Pro > Settings > Data & Settings > Settings( Select Reset) > data (Select Remove) > Reset Settings.

Can you do 3 minor changes? This might help you to solve the issue.
    1. Is there any server-side cache enabled on your server please confirm with your host once.
If it is enabled please clear it.
    2. Also, I can see that max_execution_time is set to 30.

Can you increase it to 300?
    max_execution_time : 300
If you don't know how to increase it I would suggest you contact your host.

    3. Please add this line in your wp-config.php file

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Make sure that this line is added right above the "/* That's all, stop editing! */" line there.
You can wp-config.php file under public_html folder.
Please a take backup before editing the wp-config.php file.

If above doesn't solve your issue there might be some conflict.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late response.
As I said earlier please also check for any Server Cache like Object Cache with your host once.
It might be fetching an old database value due to the object cache.
    If still problem exists.

There might be some plugin conflict which is causing the issue.

Please follow these steps to perform a conflict test.

First, create aFull backup before starting the test.
Then deactivate all plugins and MU-plugins apart from WPMUDEV Dashboard and Defender Pro, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen.
Now check whether quick test pop-ups again and again or not.
if it works, it means that something is conflicting, so start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue, until you reproduce the issue, thus finding the conflicted combination.

If this is a live website with traffic, I'd rather advise creating a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database, and perform the test in there instead without worrying about the live site. If that doesn't help either.
