Defender showing wrong info in hub

In my WPMU Hub, the Defender is showing that there is one issue "update plug ins and themes". I click it. ON the website, it shows that everything is updated in and in good standing. This has been an issue since I've first installed it. I've removed it, and reinstalled it. I've disabled and reactivated, I've run the scan by itself. Nothing works to clear that "1" on my Hub. Please help.
