Defender stuck on 100%

I see there are 6 warning items to fix. This scan is running in the background and you can check back any time to see its progress. Yet the event audit log shows nothing when I check for the results. I thought it was because i had my caching plugin enabled (which this wasn't the case in the beginning when I did have it enabled). I've granted admin access via WPMU dashboard for anyone to take a look.
