    Hello Tim,

I hope you’re doing fine today!

The issue seems there something conflicting there on site. I’d like to take a closer look at the configuration and check it then. Would you please enable support access to the site for me so I could do this?

To enable support access, please go to the WPMU DEV -> Support page in site’s back-end, click on Grant support access button there and let me know here once it’s done.

I’ll check the site then and look for the solution.

    Best regards,

    Hey Tim,

I am extremely sorry for the trouble you are going through with the Defender Pro plugin.

I have checked all configuration is good. So, now please you can proceed with conflict test.

In full conflict test which includes certain things:

    – First, you need to create a backup of the website before proceeding full conflict test so in case you lose any settings during the test, you can restore back your website.

    – Second, deactivate all plugin apart from the Defender Pro and WPMUDEV Dashboard plugins.

    – Third, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen and check again.

If this works and issues were not there, then you need to start activating the remaining plugins and theme, one by one this time, checking every time for the reported issue until you reproduce it again.

The following flowchart image can assist you during this test:

If you don’t prefer to make the test in the live website with traffic then please try to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation on the same location along with sub-folder on root server like as /dev along with a different database. So you can perform the test in there instead and it will not affect the live website.

For making the staging you need to follow this link:

    Look forward to hearing back!
