Defender wants me to edit nginx config file, but I'm on Apache

I'm hardening my site through Defender, and the last two items, PHP Execution and Information Disclosure, are recommending changing a nginx config file. However, I'm on Apache, and I don't have that file. Another site I own was going to edit .htaccss to accomplish this same task. My site was once on an nginx server - could I have leftover files? How can I resolve this false positive and harden my site completely?
