Despite the fact

Despite the fact that I have updated the file wp-config . The page to create a network is empty, there is only a line on enquire to deactivate plugins.
Can you please let me know I should we proceed to be able to create such network.

Best regards,

  • Adam Czajczyk

    Hello Cédric,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

Since it's asking you to deactivate all plugin, have you already done that to be able to proceed? If you did not, please do this.

If this is not the case, could you also please let me know what exact steps have you taken so far and what did you add to the "wp-config.php" file? It would be great if you could just post your "wp-config.php" file content here (please make sure though that you removed all the database credentials from there!). A screenshot of the page you are referring to in your question would also be helpful.

    Best regards,

  • Cedric

    Hello Cedric,

    Thank you for your response!

The "wp-config.php" file looks rather good at first glance but it's possible that I'm not seeing something due to the way it's displayed here. There's no need for these lines there though so you may want to remove them:

If that doesn't remove the error I would like to take a closer look and for this I would need to access your site directly so please send in:

    Subject: "Attn: Adam Czajczyk"

    - Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Adam Czajczyk
    - Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.
    - Link back to this thread
    - login URL and admin account login credentials (may be a temporary admin account) data
    - Include FTP log-in details (hostname, username & password)
    - Include hosting control panel access details (login address, username & password) - cPanel's usually the control panel used for this, but your provider may use something else; I'll need this for accessing your site's database, preferably via phpMyAdmin
    - Include any relevant URLs for your site

Please use our contact form here

Please be sure to make a full backup of your entire site first!

I will then access your site, check configuration files, .htaccess and (if necessary) database and I hope I'd be able to get it to work.
