Detect Site URL/Domain within htaccess file to keep things dynamic

Hello,

I am creating various Wordpress base install templates, so when I get a new client, I can install one of my pre-configured templates to save a ton of time. I am pre-installing all of the necessary base level plugins I would need to start off a project, I am implementing various wp_config, and htaccess code for added security protocols, etc.

I am able to hard code the domain into the htaccess file for items like preventing hotlinking, etc., however, I would like to make these templates as dynamic as possible.

I am not very familiar to htaccess code, so I was wondering if there was a piece of code that would grab the site's url, as opposed to me hard coding the url into the file?

I look forward to your replies!
