Digest emails not sending at appointed times

I had an issue with confirmation emails being sent that is now taken care of in this thread: https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/how-long-for-opt-in-email-to-arrive#post-991732

I set up a weekly digest email in my settings, and it worked the first two weeks we had it running. Now the last two I have scheduled have not gone out. I tried Monday at 7am, and this morning at 7am, but no emails, and no history in the log.

Any ideas what I should do?
