Directory Theme & Plugin Upgrade Problems

Hi all: I just updated my directory theme and plugin. It seems all my customizations are not working now.

Previously I modified the single.php file to make the pages show store images and online info. E.g. http://directory.orilliabusiness.com/listing/2-4-1-pizza-of-orillia/

Now no images are showing up and none of the custom fields are showing hyperlinks.

Any ideas on what I can do to restore the way directory pages appeared?

Thanks,

Rob

    Greetings Rob,

Sorry to see that you are having issues with your WordPress installation and the Directory plugin.

Have you rolled back to your latest backup by any chance?

Or at minimum restoring the files you had customized?

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

Hi Joe: I do not have a back up.

Or at minimum restoring the files you had customized?

Yes I have pushed the custom file back up (single.php). It did not fix the problem. Is there a chance the updated theme should have modifications made to a different file in the loop?

    Thanks,

    Rob

Hi Arnold: I checked for the single-listings.php file. It is not present in the theme files.

I also confirmed the changes I made to single.php are present. Is there another file I need to make these changes to?

    Thanks,

    R

    Greetings Arnold and Rob,

@arnold A sincere thank you for the rescue on this one which is greatly appreciated.

I was at wits end trying to figure out what was going on here and without a backup did not know what to do at that point.
