We have install Support system that is one of your great plugin.
We know that the customer need to log in to see their ticket.
But how can we display a page in front showing their ticket and other instructions (like Knowledge Base, FaQs ...)?
Then user can log in to their account in front end and see everything (ticket, knowledge base, FaQs...)
If they do not login there is some introduction about the support ticket system and the notification that they need to login to see their tickets.
