Displaying custom fields on directory listings page

I'm trying to figure out how to get my custom fields to display. I've added phone and website as custom fields. Ideally I'd like to hide the items on the left, ratings, post date etc and display those custom fields in their place. I'd like it to operate as a pure directory list without links into the posts.

I'm playing around with it on this dev site:

    Greetings jzvestor,

    Thank you for the great question.

    If you create a custom field of type select box you get a drop down you can fill in.

    But once the field is created and associated with directory_listing post type it will show up automatically. on the front end form.

    Thank you for being a WPMU DEV Community Member!

    I can see where the field appears in the new lsitings form, but I'm not seeing them appear on the category page or the single page:

    At this point I am using a custom template to pull in 2 listings categories: premium and standard. The meat of which is this:

    <?php $args = array(
    	'post_type' => 'directory_listing',
    	'listing_category' => 'standard',
    	);
        $wp_query = new WP_Query($args);
        while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); ?>
            <div class="post"  style="clear:both" >
    <div>
                <?php if( has_post_thumbnail() ): ?>
    					<?php the_post_thumbnail( 'standard-thumb', array( 'class' => 'alignleft' ) ); ?>
    					<?php endif; ?>
                        </div>
                        <div>
    			<h2 style="font-size:1.2em"><?php the_title() ?></h2>
                <?php the_content() ?>
                </div>
    </div>
            </div>
        <?php endwhile; rewind_posts(); ?>

    So what I'm looking for is a way to also call in the 2 custom fields below the
    php the_content(), I'm just not quite sure what they would look like...
