DNS - SSL Query on subsite

I've just set up my first subsite on http://www.a**i.space installation and want to check I've done the DNS changes correctly - getting an SSL error when I look at the subsite via its domain .

    Hey Richard ,

Hope you're doing well since our Live chat!

The DNS changes were done correctly, however, you need to add the domain in the Domains tab of the Hosting panel, so the SSL certificate be generated by our Hosting.

I already did this for you, so the new subsite should be working as expected. Can you check it please and let us know?

    Cheers, Luís

    Hi Luís
Many thanks - all is working as it should now. I'd missed that step out when I was checking through the documentation
We'll see if I get the next one correct.
So there's no need to add the CNAME / AAAA records for subsite domains?
    Many thanks again
    Richard

    Hi Richard,

So there's no need to add the CNAME / AAAA records for subsite domains?

Yes, correct. You only need to point the subdomains to the A record by editing the DNS in the domain side, and once done adding the subdomain via the "Tools" tab in the Hosting panel should help with mapping the domain to one of the subsites.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
