Do you have a Priority support services available for multisite?

We've reached a point where entropy in our multisite system is unmanageable. By entropy I mean that plugins and upgrades involve so many developers that our site network has become unstable due to insufficient Q/A across the pool of resources.

Our sites have begun going down with no known changes to configuration - only by implementing best practice plugin and wordpress upgrades.

As our sites become more important within our business, we need to assure their stability and support responsiveness.

For wordpress stand-alone sites - it's not really a problem diagnostic processes seem well understood. But for multisite, the absence of understanding of plugin interdependencies, and the traditional diagnostic methodology of "disable all plugins" wreaks havoc. These peculiarities bar most wordpress talent from supporting multisite.

We're looking for:
* Someone who we can hire on retainer to respond to multisite issues
* Who can respond in hours at a high level of competence.

Or we need to discontinue reliance on multisite for important servers. We understand backup, very well But backup does not remedy entropy.

Please can you guide us to resources of sufficient competence and availability?

We are working 24/day all year long so there's always somebody around and we're aiming to provide you with assistance as quickly as possible.     We do not however currently provide any custom/"one to one" services or a dedicated support. Upon your description of the case I think it could be the best shot to hire somebody whose sole task would be to look after your service and keep it in a top shape.
