I would like to use this plugin it set up separate support centers for individual sites on my network. Is this possible?
For example, site A sells widgets, and would like to set up a support desk specific to their product/site/customers/users. Site B sells music and would like them to have their own support desk.
Everything I am reading about how great this plugin is sounds as though it is only to be accessed by the site admins/users to contact the network admin about wordpress site and/or network issues.
Can someone please advise if it can be set up on a site specific level?
