Does this plugin provide users an "invoice" page and ticketing system?

I just installed this plugin and I'm trying to compare its features to those of other membership plugins. Does this plugin have the following 2 features:

1) An "Invoices" page that lists the user's past invoices for paid membership levels. They can see when they paid and download invoices, etc.

2) An easy way for members to communicate with the admin in some sort of ticketing response system? If it doesn't have an easy method, is there a suggested way to integrate a 3rd party's service?
