I have the Domain mapping plugin installed on a multisite with subdomains and separate domain names for each sub-blog. I'm noticing that Google has indexed my subblog pages like this: subblog.multisite.com/xxxxx
and what I want is for the indexed pages to show up under their separate domain names since they are totally separate websites (domainabc.com/xxxx).
In the Domain mapping plugin I have the first 4 options selected but not the 5th.
(Y) Remote Login
(Y) Permanent redirect (better for your blogger's pagerank)
(Y) User domain mapping page
(Y) Redirect administration pages to site's original domain (remote login disabled if this redirect is disabled)
(N) Disable primary domain check. Sites will not redirect to one domain name. May cause duplicate content issues.
Which of these options control the way Google indexeds these pages? Should I have the 5th option checked as well?
