    Hi there @toni_hogan

I hope you are well today, sorry to hear about the issues your having with domain mapping, may I ask how you installed it please? As domain mapping must be uploaded manually

If it was indeed uploaded manually, could you tell me the contents of your httpd conf file please?

    Thank you!

    Kind Regards

I really can't remember how it was installed now. if the instructions said i needed to manually install it then i did. but, i have no problem reinstalling it.

so, i don't know where to find httpd.conf but in looking for it i found that one issue was an ID-10-T error. The IP address was entered incorrectly in my admin area. Corrected it, changed it in the domain DNS and waited but still get the error.

The other thing is this bad_httpd_conf seems to be exclusive to Dreamhost. I followed their steps for resolving but still no help.

When trying to find the httpd.conf i was lead to the webpanel>edit (domain) and then just click "Change settings", which is supposed to create a new httpd.conf file. However, I still don't know where to find it.

Hey Jack. My client called uber excited about the site. It renders for her, so I checked IE. It shows up in IE but not in Chrome. I cleared my cache but it still gives the same error. I don't think it's a code issue. Let me see what else I can "mess with" to try to get it working.

Thank NAME, for their help.
