Domain mapping plugin

What does this mean?
Disallow sub-domains of the original domain to be used as mapped (primary) domain for sub-sites

    Hi Andrea:

Disallow sub-domains of the original domain to be used as mapped (primary) domain for sub-sites

This feature is part of the prohibited mapping text area, where the super admin can prevent users from mapping certain domains and using them as a primary domain. What the mentioned check box does is it would prevent the mapping of any sub-domains of the main domains you entered in the text area above it.

    And, what does these mean?

    Enable excluded/forced URLs

When enabled, these are features seen in the subsite dashboard, under Tools > Domain Mapping page.

Allow site admins to set map-excluded pages – site admins can specify individual pages on the site that won’t use mapped domains.

Allow site admins to set map-excluded URLs – site admins can specify individual URLs on the site that won’t use mapped domains.

Allow site admins to set https-forced pages – site admins can specify individual pages on the site that will have https forced, which could be useful for store pages or login pages.

Allow site admins to set https-forced urls – site admins can specify individual pages on the site that will have https forced.

I hope this helps, please let u know if you have any further query. Have a great weekend ahead.

    Regards,
    Nithin
