Domain Mapping Plugins Broke My Site

Hello,

My site broke down yesterday after updating the ad sharing plugin with the file in this conversation here

When I try to view one of the websites for example http://dialogoboricua.com I get the following error:

http://awesomescreenshot.com/0914atpe58

Once I realise the error only shows up on sites using domain mapping, I turn it off and the sites with the domain this time with the real domain, http://dialogo.redboricua.com the site works.

Help Please!

Thanks in advance!

Waldemar

    Hey WrSantiago,

    Hope you're doing well today!

If you remove that ad sharing customization, then does it all work again?

Right now the site seems to show up fine at both links

Did you manage to get this sorted or are you still having trouble?

Just let us know if you need any further assistance.

    All the best,
    Tyler

PS. Your support access has an invalid token. If you could revoke then re-grant that access then we can take a look inside your install

    Hello @TylerPostle
    Thanks for the quick response!

The problem was resolved, I really don't understand how it was fixed but this is what my hosting provider did in order to fix it:

What I did was park those domains on your account. That adds domain records in our server that makes sure traffic is directed to your account. It shouldn’t really be necessary because no one else is on that IP, so any traffic should go to the right place anyway (in which case the domain mapping plugin finishes the routing). And, of course, it worked before.

But parking domains never hurts, and in this case it seems to have resolved whatever damage that plugin did.

Hope this post help other with the same issue!

    Question what does this means:
Your support access has an invalid token. If you could revoke then re-grant that access then we can take a look inside your install

    Hello @WrSantiago

I hope you are well today.

Glad to know that the issue is fixed for you.

    Question what does this means:
Your support access has an invalid token. If you could revoke then re-grant that access then we can take a look inside your install

That means, when you asked the question you have enabled support access so that we can remotely login in your site. But the access was invalid. In that case, you need to revoke and grant again.

But, as the issue is fixed for you, you don't need to grant it for now

Hope it helps  Please feel free to ask more question if you have.

    Cheers
    Ash
