Domain redirection in multisite nightmare

Hiya !

huh.. Houston, we've got a problem...

Here is the scenario.

An existing site must change domain (a .co becoming a .com).

The site is mapped with the new domain, now how to redirect the old domain on the new one ?

Of course this is solved by unparking the domain, creating a new cpanel account and redirect simply the whole site with a simple redirect permanent rule in the new htaccess. Simple as ABC. Will do that if i have no solution.

BUT. This domain is integrated with google apps, so redoing all dns rules is boring.

So. Is it possible to create a rewrite rule to redirect ALL url on the new site ?

Here is the htaccess (first lines)

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mkdg\.co$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.mkdg\.co$
RewriteRule ^/?$ "http\:\/\/mkdg\-audit\.com\/" [R=301]
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

It works fine for the domain, but ALL sub url redirect on the subscription page on the multisite.

What did i missed ?
